Ever since JoJo took over as general manager things have improved so much around here. She is doing an amazing job making this place the best it can be. Thank you for making our stay here so much better. I hope she stays, as she is an amazing asset to the Wade Hampton InTown Suites.
My stay here has been great. The new manager JoJo is the best. She is an exceptional asset. She has made my stay as close to being at home possible.
Jo Jo was so helpful in helping me in a bad situation. She was buisy pitching in and cleaning rooms when I needed to switch rooms because of a foul geust. We solved the issue and I was able to get the best night sleep. Im so thankful.
JoJo is a great manager. You can tell she puts alot into her job. Room was clean and satisfactory. Outlets in the bathroom didn't work but all other things about my stay were sufficient.
I stayed at the Inn Town Suites previously on my visit to Greenville and enjoyed my stay. Now that I am relocating with my daughter I knew that we would be fine staying at the Wade Hampton Blvd location from my experience. The staff are very helpful, friendly and accommodating especially JoJo, she has also went above and beyond anytime I have a need. It's been 4 weeks and I have not had any issues and any time I see JoJo she is always smiling and helping someone or busy making sure things getting done here. You just can feel she loves her job and that's very refreshing to see.
Management is very friendly and helpful. Prices are beyond reasonable for a studio like room. I'd recommend intown if you need an affordable kitchenette hotel.
Let me tell y'all something JOJO, My BFF / BBF is the best, she is always nice, she gives a positive attitude and energy, she tried my delicious cooking and she loved it. Jojo is not only a great friend but a great and strong worker.
Front desk lady named JoJo she is always nice and pleasant. She is always helping when she is able. She accommodates you when there is an inconvenience. All the housekeeping ladies are friendly and makes sure your room is serviced. Maintenance man and new courtesy officer are both people friendly as well. I pray they are paid according to the services that they provide for this location.
